I am very happy to recommend J.A. Albin as builders and landscape gardeners. Jason and his team re-built my house, including a double storey extension and landscaping of an extensive and overgrown back garden and front garden.

They did a superb job, the stonework and carpentry is particularly outstanding. As a team they were always polite, helpful and tidy. The project was on time and Jason project managed all the suppliers and work people throughout. The quality of the work has been superb and the envy of many friends and relatives. FLAT RENOVATION - "Prompt, informative and efficient"

J A Construction Ltd was employed by me to completely renovate a flat in The Parade, Swanage.

A Trust of which I am a Trustee purchased the property for the beneficiary of the Trust. As a Trustee I was concerned to ensure that the work was done efficiently, correctly and well. Mr. Jason Albin proved to be of great assistance to me as well as his work being of excellent quality.

He made suggestions that greatly improved the flat in terms of space and layout. As a Trustee I visited a number of times throughout different stages of the renovation. I was also in contact with him by telephone and email. Throughout I was kept fully informed and any queries I had were answered promptly. Issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

DEMOLITION & CONSTRUCTION OF A 4 STOREY PROPERTY - "Honest and hardworking"

JA Construction carried out the development at 42 Queens Road during the past 12 months. The development included the demolition of the previous house and the construction of a 4 storey, 5 bedroom private residence, built of brick and local stone.

Over the years I have carried out three complete builds and a number of large extensions using contractors and sub-contractors. As a consequence I have a clear idea of what represents quality and value for money. JA Construction's work is first class in terms of quality, timeliness and value. In addition, input and enhancement to the architect's plans was invaluable and as a consequence the final house is an outstanding example of their work.
